MELROSE — As it has in previous years, the Boston Wounded Vets Run will pass through Melrose on Sunday, May 19. This annual motorcycle charity ride is dedicated to wounded veterans from New England. All proceeds benefit selected wounded veterans and charities of their choice.

The ride will pass through Melrose and will impact traffic for about 30-60 minutes; during that time, traffic will not be able to use or cross the route. While the timing is uncertain, the ride will probably be in Melrose around 1-2 p.m. Here is the full schedule:

• 12:30 p.m. Departing Boston-Harley

• Right turn on to Wesley St., (Revere) right turn on to Lynn St., to Salem St., to Lincoln Ave., into Cliftondale Sq. (Saugus)

• Follow Lincoln St. to Central St. turn left to Main St.

• Follow Main St. (over Rt. 1) to Farm St. (Wakefield). Turn left onto Water St. to Main St., turning left following Main St. into (Melrose)

• Turn right onto Lynn Fells Pkwy to Pond St. (Stoneham). Turn right onto South St. past Stone Zoo to Main St./Rt. 28

• Left turn to Rt. 28/Fellsway West, follow Roosevelt Circle, continue to Rt. 28/Fellsway West to Medford St. (Malden) and follow to Canal St.

• 2 p.m. ETA Anthony’s of Malden
