STONEHAM — Harvey Lloyd Spector, 85, of Stoneham, formerly of Wakefield died on Wednesday, December 5, 2018 at the Life Care Center in Stoneham.

Born in Everett on October 13, 1933, he was the son of the late John and Mildred (Lloyd) Spector.

Mr. Spector was a graduate of Everett High School, Class of 1951 and Northeastern University. He served in the United States Air Force during the Korean War from 1953 to 1957. Mr. Spector was a retired Test Engineer for Raytheon in Bedford. He was a member of the First Parish Congregational Church in Wakefield and the Wakefield Elks.

Mr. Spector was the husband of the late Helen (Wales) Spector. He is survived by his four children; Bonnie Spector Mullen and her husband Eugene of Stoneham, John Spector and his wife Christine of Wakefield, Andrew Spector and his wife Midge of Woburn and Julie Spector Catalano of Salem, N.H. and his four grandchildren; Brian, Daniel, Jacqueline and Michael. Mr. Spector was predeceased by his grandson John R. Spector.

Visitation for relatives and friends will be held at the McDonald Funeral Home, 19 Yale Ave., Wakefield on Sunday from 2-
4 p.m.

Funeral services will be private.
