MELROSE — Julie M. (Tintindo) Rich, 85, formally of Melrose, daughter of late Richard Tintindo and Dora (DiNapoli) Tintindo, passed away at the Woburn Nursing and Rehabilitation Center with her loving family by her side on January 13, 2018.
Julie was born and raised in Everett. Her passions were baking and cooking. She worked at Breads and Bits of Ireland, Sugar and Spice Bakery, and The Normandy House. Her other interests included sewing, knitting, and working on creative projects.
Julie’s family was the most important part of her life. She loved to spend time with her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren. Julie was the matriarch of her family, and passed down several Italian traditions to her children.
Loving Mother of JulieAnn Fiore of Melbourne Fla., Darlene Fiore Kane of Wakefield, Gail Fiore DiFava and her husband Allen DiFava of Billerica, and Thomas Brown of North Fort Myers Fla. Cherished grandmother of Eric, Gary, Craig, Steven, Gabriella, Dominick, Joseph, Isaiah, and the late Shannon Hayward. Also survived by many great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews. Caring sister of Geraldine Robins and her husband Frank, Josephine Barone, and her late husband Louis. She was pre-deceased by her brother Daniel and sister Gloria.
