LYNNFIELD — The Board of Selectmen is looking for new members for three different committees.

Selectmen Chairman Phil Crawford recently announced that Finance Committee member Rob Look and Conservation Commission member Chris Martone have both decided to step down from their respective boards. He also said the town needs a new representative for the Reading Municipal Light Department Citizen Advisory Board.

If residents are interested in serving on one of the committees, they should send a letter and a resume to Assistant Town Administrator Bob Curtin at rcurtin@town.lynnfield.ma.us.

In addition to seeking new members for three different committees, the selectmen reappointed a slew of officials to their respective positions.

The selectmen reappointed Building Inspector Jack Roberto and Local Building Inspector Joseph O’Callaghan to one-year terms. Crawford noted Roberto will be retiring later this year and O’Callaghan will be his successor.

Assistant Building Inspectors Richard Colantuoni and James DeCola were both reappointed to one-year terms. Town Clerk Trudy Reid was reappointed to her position, which is a one-year term. Assistant Town Clerk Diane Hammerbeck was also reappointed to a one-year term. Constables Paul Minsky, John Ruerwhein and Ronald Small were reappointed to their respective one-year terms.

The selectmen reappointed Dog Officer David Crockett to a one-year term. Fire Chief Glenn Davis was reappointed to a one-year term as emergency management director. Retired Lynnfield Center Water District Superintendent Ken Burnham will be serving a one-year term as assistant emergency management director once again.

Gas/Plumbing Inspector Paul Donohoe was reappointed to a one-year term. Assistant Gas/Plumbing Inspectors Donald LoConte, Stanley Kulacz, Paul Flores and Joseph Ellis were reappointed to one-year terms. Jerry Pezzella will be serving another year on the Ipswich River Watershed Advisory Board. Police Chief David Breen was reappointed lock-up keeper once again.

Charles Peabody was reappointed to a one-year term as a special police officer. Treasurer/Tax Collector/Pretax Plan Administrator Christine O’Sullivan was reappointed to a one-year term. Wire Inspector David Sardella was reappointed to his position once again, which is a one-year term. The selectmen also reappointed Assistant Wire Inspectors James DeCola, Alfred Metell and Arthur Skinner to one-year terms.

The selectmen reappointed Town Counsel Tom Mullen to a two-year term.

Council on Aging Board of Directors members Gloria Lemieux, Anita Migliori and Rich Sjoberg were reappointed to three-year terms. The selectmen reappointed Janice Solomon to a three-year term on the Conservation Commission. Cultural Council Chairwoman Diana Ellis was reappointed to a three-year term once again.

The selectmen reappointed Finance Committee member Stephen Riley to a three-year term. Board of Health Chairman Dr. Rocco Iocco will be serving another three-year term once again. Historical Commission Chairman Steven Todisco and Historical Commission member Shelley Lynch were both reappointed to three-year terms. L.I.F.E. Board of Directors President H. Joseph Maney and L.I.F.E. Board of Directors member Ronald Grasso will be serving three-year terms once again.

Recreation Commission Chairman Rich Sjoberg and Recreation Commission members Michael Cuddy and Teri Farrell were reappointed to three-year terms. Recycling Committee member Brian Moreira was reappointed to a three-year term.
