BRIGHTON — Angelina Marie Bragger, 88, of Brighton, died Thursday, May 30, 2019 at the Masconoment Healthcare Center with her family by her side.

Born in Brighton on February 10, 1931, she was the daughter of the late Danato and Elizabeth (Bianchi) Cugini.

Angie was raised in Brighton and was a graduate of Brighton High School. She had worked for many years as a professional cake decorator and was last employed by Diamond Bakery in Newton.

Angie was the loving mother of William P. Bragger of Seabrook, N.H. and the late Paul R. Bragger Jr. She was the mother-in-law of Robin Bragger of Seabrook, New Hampshire and Kathleen Bowen of Everett. She is survived by her four grandchildren: Deanna, Antonio, Ashley, and Morgan; as well as two great- grandchildren: Luca and Everett. She was the sister of Betty, Albert and Johnny Cugini and the late Joseph, Anthony, Danny, Marie and Lucille Cugini.

Angie’s funeral mass will be celebrated at St. Maria Goretti Church, 112 Chestnut St., Lynnfield on Thursday at 11 a.m. Visitation for relatives and friends will be held at the McDonald Funeral Home, 19 Yale Ave., Wakefield on Thursday morning prior to the mass from 8:30 to 10:30 a.m. Interment will take place in Forest Hill Cemetery, Lynnfield.
