Born in Fall River on March 8, 1937, Felice was one of two children of the late Harold J. and Alice M. (O’Brian) Taylor. The family moved to Melrose when she was young, and she spent the rest of her life in Melrose before moving to Lynnfield to receive more care as she got older. Felice graduated from Melrose High School in 1954 and looked forward to going to her class reunions.

Felice furthered her education, graduating from Emmanuel College where she was class president, and received her master’s degree from Boston State. She was a very active alumni member of Emmanuel College. She taught elementary education at Malden Public Schools, along with her husband, for many years.

Felice married her beloved Joseph on June 22, 1962. They went on to share 50 wonderful years together.

Raising their family in Melrose, she was very active in the community. She was a Blue Bird Leader, active in her church, taught CCD classes, and supported the Melrose Symphony.

A passionate teacher who specialized in reading comprehension, Felice took great pride in teaching those who were having a little trouble reading. The most important aspect of her method was giving her students the confidence to forge ahead in their learning journey.

Felice was also passionate about her family. She adored her children, grandchildren, and Godchildren.

Felice was the beloved wife of the late Joseph E. Glennon, with whom she shared 50 years of marriage. She was the devoted mother of Gabrielle Ludwick and her husband David of Chambersburg, Pennyslvania; Felice Kerr and her husband Brian of Wilmington, Delaware; Celeste Krouse and her husband Edward of Melrose; Regina Mouradian and her husband David of Wakefield; and Lenore DiRienzo and her husband Rick of Palm Springs, Florida. She was the dear sister of the late Susan Wren and her surviving spouse Bill. She was the cherished grandmother of Andrew, John, Leanne, Donald, Regan, Anna, Eddie, Celia, Michael, Elena, Lisa, Joe and Louie.
