Worked as a school nurse in Russia for over 40 years

LYNNFIELD — Tatyana Kiseleva, 86, of Lynnfield, formerly of Russia, died on Tuesday, March 20, 2018 at the Pilgrim Nursing Home in Peabody.

Born in Sosnovka, Tver Region, Russia on July 1, 1931, she was the daughter of the late Boris and Nadezhda (Stepanova) Shatkov.

Mrs. Kiseleva was born and raised in Russia and was a survivor of World War II. She had worked as a school nurse in Russia for more than 40 years. She moved to the United States nine years ago. Mrs. Kiseleva loved to knit and crochet, and was an avid gardener. Above all, she loved her family and cherished time with her grandchildren. She will be remembered as loving, kind and generous.

She was the beloved wife of the late Boris Kiselev. She was the loving mother of Alexander Kiselev and his wife Tatyana of Russia; and Yelena Bronshvayg and her husband Michael of Lynnfield. She was the adoring grandmother of Maria Kiseleva; Artem Kiselev; Sofya Cooper and her husband Benjamin; and Daniel Bronshvayg. She is also survived by two great-granddaughters: Sasha Cooper and Kira Kiseleva. She was predeceased by five siblings.

Her funeral services were held by the McDonald Funeral Home, Wakefield on Saturday, March 24.
