NORTH READING — Maria Conceicao (Costa) Travassos, 98, of North Reading, November 30, 2019.
Devoted wife of the late Antonio Travassos. Loving mother of Natalie Kosydar and her husband Dennis, Tony Travassos and his wife Victoria, Connie Gaspar and her husband Adrian. Cherished grandmother of Rebecca Spires and her husband Rick, Kevin Kosydar, Nicole Pierce and her husband Marty, Derek Gaspar and his wife Mary, Jason Travassos and his wife Renee, Mark Travassos and his wife Kristen and Brandon Travassos.
Also survived by her sisters Maria Lurdes Sousa, Ernestine Rebelo, Teresa Areia, 14 great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and many other loving relatives and friends.
Funeral from the Rogers Funeral Home, 380 Cambridge St., in Cambridge on Friday, December 6 at 10 a.m. Funeral mass at St. Anthony’s Church, 400 Cardinal Medeiros Avenue in Cambridge at 11 a.m. Visiting hours at the funeral home on Thursday, December 5 from 4 to 8 p.m.
Maria was a longtime parishioner and Eucharistic Minister at St. Theresa’s Parish in North Reading.
