MELROSE — Kenneth Ricci, 81, of Melrose, formerly of Chelsea and Everett, entered into eternal rest on Thursday morning, December 20, 2018 in the Winchester Hospital after being in failing health.

Born in Everett, Kenny graduated from Everett High School. He retired from New England Bolt Company as their foreman. Kenny, not able to stay idle, picked up a part time job with Mystic Valley Elder Services helping to deliver meals to those less fortunate. Still working at MVES, Kenny was helping in the preparation of the meals prior to his death.

Son of the late Agnes (Robinson) and Patrick Ricci. Beloved husband of Elizabeth A. (Petrillo) Ricci for over 58 years. Dear and devoted brother of John Ricci and his late wife, Evelyn. Kenny is also survived by several loving nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.

Relatives and friends were respectfully invited to attend Kenny’s visiting hours in the Cafasso & Sons Funeral Home, 65 Clark St. (Corner of Main St.) Everett, Sunday, Dec. 23. His funeral was from the funeral home on Monday, followed by a funeral Mass in St. Mary’s Church, Herbert St., Melrose. Interment Woodlawn Cemetery, Everett. Parking with attendants on duty.

Kenny was retired from the Army National Guard and was a member of the Saugus-Everett BPOE, #642, Saugus.
