MELROSE — Lisa M. Pollard, 31, of Melrose, passed away on February 17, 2018.

Lisa was born and raised in Melrose and a graduate of Melrose High School, Class of 2004. She went on to graduate from the Bryman Institute and worked as a medical assistant. Lisa cared about everyone else, was very compassionate, adventurous, funny, had a “Big Heart” and was a “Goof Ball.”  She was very family oriented and enjoyed posting funny videos, cooking, Disney movies and Revere and Hampton beaches. Lisa loved to spend her time with her fiancé’ Jason and daughter Ariella going to fairs, bike shows and being in the outdoors. Lisa’s family and many friends were the most important part of her life and she will be greatly missed.

Lisa was the loving fiancé of Jason K. Mistretta and devoted mother of Ariella C. Pollard. Loving daughter of Robert T. and Donna C. (Curley) Pollard. Caring sister of Michael Curley and his fiancée Allison of Westborough, Christine “Teeny Bop” Pollard and her fiancé Mike Mahoney of Pelham, N.H., Thomas Pollard and his girlfriend Catherine Bridgeford of Melrose, and Harry Pollard of Melrose. Cherished granddaughter of Pauline Curley and the late James Curley of Hampton, N.H. and& Muriel and Bill Pollard of England. Niece of Mark “Uncle Buck” O’Neill of Roslindale. Also survived by loving aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends.

Visiting hours will be held at the Gately Funeral Home, 79 W. Foster St., Melrose on Thursday, Feb. 22, from 4-8 p.m.  Procession from the Gately Funeral Home on Friday, Feb. 23, at 8:45 a.m., followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in St., Mary’s Church, 9 Herbert St., Melrose at 10 a.m. Relatives and friends respectfully invited to attend. Burial in Wyoming Cemetery, Melrose.
