Middleton, MA — It was a record year for the Middleton Board of Trade’s 32nd Annual Golf Open

on Friday, September 30th, at Middleton Golf Course. The event boasted a full field of 73

players (the most ever) from local businesses and the town of Middleton, and raised over $2,300

to benefit the Board’s Promotion Fund. It was the highest donation in the tournament’s 32 year

history.

The winners tied with a score of 46 (with the help of some mulligans). After matching

cards, first place went to Ken Tremblay (Tremblay Heating), Tom Tremblay, Keith Ells (Auto

Body Builders), and Mike Murphy. Second place went to Haven Sharaf, Nick Lazarakis, Glen

Mcintire, and Tom Seder. Closest to the pin for the men was Jack Woods, and for the women

Daiva Barrett.

Special thanks goes out to Mike Brien, who won a pair of Bruins Tickets in the raffle,

and put them up for auction, and to Richard Rowell, the highest bidder. Also, a shout out to all

the players, who voted do donate the entire skins pool money back to the cause.

Also, special recognition to North Shore Vacuum, Coldwell Banker, Make it Yours

Boutique, Salem Metal Fabricators, Family Medicine, EA Stevens, Beechtree Florist, Pam Cote,

Imbue Partners, Yellow Jacket Gymnastics, Auto Body Builders, Global Beer Products, DiMauro
