He is also survived by his four children and their families; son, Joseph R. Healy, Jr., of North Reading; daughter, Sheila (Healy) Sturdevant and her children; Meghan Masellas, Sydney, Mackenzie and Samantha Sturdevant all of North Reading; daughter, Jaime (MacAdams) Wentworth and her husband Brett Wentworth and their children, Jessica, Alexandra and Jacob Wentworth of Thornton, Colorado; son, Christopher MacAdams and his wife Bonnie (Stanley) MacAdams and their children, Devin Stanley, Juliana, Ashley and Aidan MacAdams, all of North Reading; brothers, Lawrence MacAdams and wife Barbara; and Kenneth MacAdams; sister, Cheryl (MacAdams) Breen and her husband Fran and many extended family and friends.

Gerald loved baseball, softball, bowling, basketball, gardening, fishing, Boston sports, and Newfound Lake vacations.
