WAKEFIELD — Priscilla J. Druce, 78 of Wakefield died at her home on Friday, June 7, 2019.

Born in Medford, January 16, 1941 she was the daughter of the late Walter J. and Lillian E. (Lynch) Corbett.

Priscilla was raised in Somerville and graduated from Somerville High School in 1958 and the former Boston City Hospital School of Nursing 1961. She moved to the United Kingdom in 1969 where she raised her family. She returned to America in 1992 and lived in Somerville before eventually settling in Wakefield in 2002. She enjoyed spending time with her three grandchildren who affectionately referred to her as “GoGo.” She was also a very passionate Boston sports fan.

Priscilla was the loving mother of Douglas A. Druce and his wife Deborah of Saugus formerly of Melrose and Allyson B. Doto and her husband Tiziano of Wakefield. She was the sister of John Corbett of Tewksbury, Walter Corbett of Middleton, Lois O’Brien of Somerville, Richard Corbett of Needham, and the late Walda McLucas. GoGo is also survived by her three grandchildren, Alexandra, Daniela, Matthew and many nieces and nephews.

Visitation for relatives and friends will be held at the McDonald Funeral Home, 19 Yale Ave., Wakefield on Friday from 3-7 p.m. Funeral services will be private.
