WAKEFIELD — Thomas G. Doucette, 80, of Wakefield died on Tuesday February 11, 2020 at The Bear Hill Nursing Center.
He was born on October 15, 1939 and was the son of the late Melbourne and Leah (DeVeau) Doucette.
Thomas was a graduate of Wakefield High School, Class of 1957. He was retired from the United States Marine Corps, and Monks Manufacturing of Wakefield and Wilmington. Thomas enjoyed bowling, fishing, playing cards, and gardening.
He was the beloved husband of Helen (Muse) Doucette. He was the loving father of TJ Doucette and his wife Karyl of Burlington, Monique Jacobs of Wakefield and the late Tami A. Bernat. Thomas was the grandfather of Zachary, Nina, Derek, Tierah, Chantaul, and Arianna. He was the great-grandfather of Dylan, Ryder, and Jaxsin. He was the brother of Evelyn Beradinangelo and Pauline Brown of Wakefield and the late Joseph, Paul, Melbourne, and Norman Doucette.
Visitation for relatives and friends will be held at the McDonald-Finnegan Funeral Home, 322 Main St., Stoneham Friday from 4-7 p.m., followed by a funeral service in the funeral Home at 7 p.m. Burial will be private.
