WAKEFIELD — Joanne A. Piselli, 77, a longtime resident of Wakefield died at her home on Thursday July 23, 2020.
Born in Somerville January 10, 1943 she was the daughter of the late Russell J. and Margaret (Vitale) Piselli.
Joanne was raised in Medford and was a graduate of Medford High School. She was a retired Marketing Manager for Verizon. In her spare time she enjoyed traveling around the world.
Joanne is survived by her beloved brother Russell J. Piselli Jr. and his wife Maryfrances of Wakefield, her nephew Matthew and two nieces Jennifer and Michelle. She is also survived by six grand nieces and nephews. Joanne was preceded in death by her life partner George Manzo.
Her funeral mass will be celebrated at St. Florence Church, 47 Butler Ave., Wakefield on Tuesday at 11 a.m. Relatives and friends are invited to attend. Interment , Oak Grove Cemetery, Medford.
