WAKEFIELD — Lois C. Tamer, 90, of Wakefield died at High Pointe House in Haverhill on Tuesday, July 7, 2020.
Born in Wakefield on Oct. 8, 1929, she was the daughter of the late Vito and Ruth (Jackson) Christopher.
She was the wife of the late A. William Tamer and is survived by her son John Tamer of Wakefield; daughter Elizabeth and her husband Brian Doherty of Tewksbury; daughter in-law Bridie Tamer of Wakefield; sister Ruth Shactman of Danvers; four grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
She was the sister of the late Paul Christopher, Jean Romano and Earl Christopher.
There was a graveside service at Forest Glade Cemetery in Wakefield on July 14.
Arrangements are in the care of the McDonald Funeral Home in Wakefield.
