SAUGUS — Maralyn Frances Dragonetti, 74, a lifelong Saugus resident, died on Thursday, August 2, 2018 at the Brightview Senior Living in Wakefield.
Born in Malden on July 12, 1944, she was the daughter of the late David L. and Dorothy M. (Leary) Maher.
Mrs. Dragonetti was a graduate of Saugus High School, Class of 1962 and Essex Agricultural School. She was a member of the Melrose Arts & Crafts Club and the Wakefield Arts & Crafts Club.
Mrs. Dragonetti was the wife of the late Ralph A. Dragonetti, She is survived by her three children; Andrea Dragonetti and her husband Kent Nichols of Saugus, Shawn Dragonetti and his wife Karen of Salem, N.H. and Melissa Moore and her husband Stephen of Ipswich. Mrs. Dragonetti is also survived by her 10 grandchildren and her three sisters. She was predeceased by her brother.
Her funeral will be held from the McDonald Funeral Home, 19 Yale Ave., Wakefield on Tuesday at 10:30 a.m. followed by a funeral Mass in the Most Blessed Sacrament Church, 1155 Main St., Wakefield at 11:30 a.m. Visitation for relatives and friends will be held at the funeral home on Monday from 4-8 p.m. Interment will be at Puritan Lawn Memorial Park in Peabody.
