WAKEFIELD — Two 19-year-olds will be summonsed to court for trespassing after police responded to an alarm at Wakefield Memorial High School just before 2 a.m. on Saturday.

Police found the Wakefield woman and Lexington man roaming around inside the school.

The pair told police that they entered the building through an unlocked first floor window in the rear of the school.

Police did not see any signs of vandalism but are awaiting word from the school on any possible damage to the building.

Police responded to a two-vehicle crash at Oak and Main streets just after 9 a.m. on Friday. According to police, a 1998 Chevy truck driven by a Wakefield man was pulling out of the Fast Freddy’s convenience store lot onto Oak Street and collided with a 2009 Toyota Venza driven by a Wakefield woman.

At about 3:45 p.m. on Friday, police took a report from an employee of Liberty Chevrolet on Bay State Road who reported the forgery of a $2,600 check.

Police responded to a crash on Lowell Street at about 5:30 p.m. on Friday after a 2004 Honda Civic driven by a Lynnfield woman crashed into the rear of a 2011 Ford F-150 driven by a Saugus man.

At about 10:45 p.m. on Friday, police responded to a disturbance on Lowell Street after receiving a report of a woman yelling. She was described as wearing a blue shirt and no pants, and possibly under the influence. When police made contact with the woman, she reportedly shut the door and would not speak to officers.

A man who was also involved was located at Cumberland Farms and sent on his way.

Just after 11 p.m. in Friday, police checked on a report of partygoers on Tobey Lane urinating in bushes. The party was broken up for the evening.

Police are investigating an incident of shoplifting at Walgreens reported at about 9:30 on Saturday morning.

The suspect was described as a white female, about 5 foot 5 inches tall, with shoulder-length brown hair, wearing a white baseball hat, a black tank top and white yoga pants. She was said to be carrying a tan bag, which was used to carry the stolen items out of the store.

Police said that the suspect had left the scene but the store had video footage.

At about 10 a.m. on Saturday, police responded to Richardson Avenue after a 2006 Hyundai Sonata driven by a Wakefield man reportedly backed into a parked 2015 Honda.

Just after 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, an unknown woman reportedly approached a Greenwood Avenue residence and tried to open the front door. The woman was said to have been in a silver Toyota Corolla occupied by several other women. Police were unable to locate the vehicle.

At about 3:30 p.m. on Saturday, police took a report a homeless encampment set up in the woods behind a Sylvan Avenue home. The camper was sent on his way.

Police arrested a 28-year-old Lynn man for driving an a suspended license just after noon on Sunday after an officer in the area of Water and Crescent streets ran the registration of a 2002 Accura and determined that the registered owner’s license was suspended.

Police are investigating after an Evergreen Street man reported at about 6:30 p.m. on Sunday that some items had been taken from his residence and his vehicle had been vandalized.

Police, firefighters and Action Ambulance responded to Lake Street and Broadway after a report of a two car accident at about 7 a.m. this morning. Police said that the driver of one of the vehicles was advised to go to the hospital but declined. One vehicle was reportedly towed from the scene.

The Fire Department responded to 32 calls over the weekend, of which 22 were for medical aid.
